100% Ribolla Gialla from Fruili. Direct press and spontaneous fermentation for 14 days. Élevage in stainless steel tanks on its lees for 6 months with weekly batonnages, 30 mg/l total sulphur added, end of fermentation and at bottling. Native yeasts, zero filtration or fining.
